Cathy is an experienced business and HR transformation consultant. She has worked with a number of clients to help them to implement change successfully and, in particular, get the most out their HR function and systems. Over her career, Cathy has worked in both in-house HR roles and consultancy. This combination of hands-on HR experience and change skills means she really understands the challenges clients face and how best to address them.
Cathy is the co-founder and COO of LACE Partners. Her client engagements have included establishing the PMO and Change stream for the Workday HR implementation at Credit Suisse, leading a project at Barclays to improve collaboration, delivering Workday HR & Financials training across Europe for Cushman & Wakefield and overseeing post go live implementation support for the same client.
Prior to LACE, Cathy started her career in Barclays, holding a number of banking and HR roles including HR Business Partner for Barclays Africa. She then worked for Accenture in the UK Financial Services Human Performance consulting practice. Cathy’s experience at Accenture was wide ranging, working with a number of banking clients to review and transform HR functions, implement HR systems, improve workforce performance and deliver successful business change.

Cathy spent most of her early career working with Financial Services clients, including the Lloyds Group, HSBC, Capital One, ABN Amro and AMP. More recently, she has led projects with Credit Suisse, Barclays and Cushman & Wakefield.
