Eve Edmonds, Creative Services Manager

Eve joined LACE Partners in 2017 as an intern. Following her three-month internship, she joined the Research Team, where she spent 18 months applying her analytical skills to assess companies, products and employees to help LACE stay at the forefront of the latest HR developments. In January 2019, Eve was our Engagement Lead, responsible for communicating and keeping employees and associates up to speed with all things LACE. This role involved; event organisation, knowledge sharing, survey design and distribution as well as communication skills and creativity.

In August 2020 her role shifted to Brand and Communications Lead; whilst keeping her previous Engagement responsibilities supported by the LACE Engagement Forum, she now acts as the ‘brand ambassador’ across the business, providing a consistent style and approach to visual marketing and communications.

Before LACE, Eve worked in schools supporting SEN children, contributing to her completion of MSc Psychology and Education.

Eve loves her dog Freddie who may pop up in the office on Friday’s. She is passionate about getting stuck into creative tasks that involve thinking outside the box. Eve will jump at any opportunity for a good laugh!
