Hilary has over 20 years of international experience, leading businesses and teams through transformation and strategic change whilst working as part of organisations such as Andersen Consulting, Russell Reynolds and AON Hewitt as well as with David Kaplan and Robert Norton in developing the Balanced Scorecard.


Key skills include: Facilitating change, Leadership alignment, capability development, creating alignment around org design, infrastructure and processes to drive sustainable performance.


Within Financial Services, Hilary has worked extensively with leadership teams in wholesale banking and a number of Group support functions. Hilary has also been actively involved in supporting leadership teams across emerging markets to embed client strategies and align to Group priorities, working across Sub-Saharan Africa to develop and embed strategic execution plans in-country.
