Our role:

LACE were engaged throughout the discovery phase to provide thought leadership on the change management, organisation design and target operating model for the global rollout of Workday. We supported the programme leadership in their implementation planning and establishment of the program team. Our key deliverables included:

  • Define the Change approach
  • Work with the ExCo to create a new model for HR
  • Design and manage the change impact assessment
  • High level plans and charters for Change, Communications, Training, Adoption, OD
  • Key messages for inclusion in early program communications
  • Description of the high level/Target HR Service Delivery and Operating Model
  • Agreed Change governance approach including communications sign off process
